Book-keeper/ Accounts Support


We are looking for someone to setup and run a variety of general accounting support tasks, including:

  • Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.

  • Updating and maintaining accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable).

  • Setup accounting software (Xero)

  • Update/maintain accounting data in Xero.

  • Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.

  • Reconciles records with relevant person/s internal and external to our group.

  • Recommends actions to resolve discrepancies.

  • Investigates questionable data.


  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel. Competency with Xero or similar accounting package.

  • Organizational, verbal and written communication skills a must.

  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset.

  • Requires 3 years experience.
